ISL Server support is not just about reacting to critical system issues. Our proactive approach to support has been developed to ensure that your systems keep on running. From our Operations Centre we monitor the applications that are important to you, advising when trouble is at hand. If any errors are found ISL either fixes them remotely or sends one of our experienced engineers to site, which in some cases has been initiated before the Customer is even aware of an issue!

Applying the ever increasing number of critical security patches can be daunting even for the most dedicated IT Professional. In conjunction with regular anti-virus updates, keeping your servers patched and secure has evolved into a full time task!

 

As part of our Server Support Service, your can now outsource this time consuming yet important task. We can apply patches and updates as they are issued, testing the updates on our own in house test systems. Working with the Customer, we remotely deploy updates, ensuring they will not cause business interruptions. This ensures that your systems are up to date, helping to keep you running even longer.


Support and Maintenance Overview
 
In conjunction to this ISL as part of its daily checks ensures that any daily process, such as backup have completed successfully. If there are any issues the team of ISL engineers either resolves them or alerts a designated contact.
ISL also insures any of the systems that it fully maintains, such that if any of the components fail, they will be either repaired or replaced free of charge.
Our aim is to keep systems functioning, allowing the Customer to concentrate on there Business. So whether it a hard disk or replacement system you know where to run to.
